The past couple of days have been way boring. I finally managed to get some of the boxes on my desk unpacked, and one of them contained old pictures. What I wouldn't give for a scanner that freakin' worked right about now!

I took a picture of one of the pictures of Krys. I took this while he was doing a phone interview in 1999, before we got married. *laughs* I love the look on his face, kind of like, "Not only do I have to answer the stupid questions about where I plan to be 5 and 10 years from now, no, NOT ONLY THAT. I also have to deal with this insane woman flashing a camera in my face and trying to stifle her giggles like she is being soooooo funny. I can't even muster up the moxie to make a funny face at her."

Even after all these years, I still giggle madly because it really was soooo funny. I promise.

Oh, here's my desk now. You can't tell the difference, but I can!

Now, to spare you any more boring house shots, here's Avery. In a hat.

And since everyone is always telling me how the boys are always smiling and happy, here is Toby, shatterer of happy-baby myths!

(His shirt says "it's my brother's fault"... perfect, non?)

Peaches has chilled out a bit, but she's still psycho. She got me for the first time in... years? the other night. Tore me up pretty good, see?

Those are a few days old. Looked a lot worse when she actually did it. She was pretty hacked off that we've taken to shutting her up in the bathroom at night so she won't scratch at our door while we're trying to sleep. She thinks it's her birthright to be able to get in here and sleep/scratch on things/chew on our hair whenever she pleases. She is wrong.

Yesterday was the summer solstice, so we made suns! Avery's is the abstract on the right, Krys' is on the left, and mine is in the middle. Cute, no? We're going to decorate them tonight with glitter and whatnot and then hang them up.

And, for no apparent reason, here is a picture of "sticky chicken" (teriyaki), which is what we had for dinner the other night.

I missed having a camera. Can you tell? Heh.
